I focus on promoting healthy, active lifestyles for children and families, and I have worked to introduce and expand creative and sustainable forms of regional economic development, such as film production and trail development. I championed the completion of the Ashokan Rail Trail, helped to keep it open during our very difficult pandemi
I focus on promoting healthy, active lifestyles for children and families, and I have worked to introduce and expand creative and sustainable forms of regional economic development, such as film production and trail development. I championed the completion of the Ashokan Rail Trail, helped to keep it open during our very difficult pandemic years, encouraged DEP and DOT to connect it into Boiceville and the Onteora High School. Now we need to connect the Ashokan Rail Trail into Kingston!
I am helping to bring broadband and satellite service to our rural towns, to assist farmers with cover cropping and resiliency, and to coordinate with towns to address affordable housing needs, while supporting diverse, inclusive responses to social issues in our community.
